Skin Therapy
All our skin treatments include a professional skin analysis, personalised face mapping diagnosis and are tailored to suit your skin type and condition. All skin treatments may include brush machine cleansing and optional extractions depending on individual skin concerns.

To start your therapist will perform a dermalogica Face MAP and address any skin concerns you may have. From here it is deep skin cleansing incorporating warm steam mist and brush machine, skin renewing exfoliation and personalised masque treatment. Finish with eye cream, moisturiser. A perfect way to refresh your skin while teaching you important tips on maintaining great skin health at home.

Our Rolls Royce facial for those who are serious about obtaining optimum skin heath, this treatment covers everything delivering active concentrated boosters and vitamins straight into your skin. Your skin care goals are discussed, your skin is analyzed and your therapist will tailor make a specific treatment just for you choosing from intensive “salon only” treatment enhancing products and techniques including intensive skin exfoliation and masque treatments. The facial includes a neck, shoulder, face and scalp massage PLUS a hand or foot massage.

Etiquette: At the Powder Room we are passionate about providing you with a service that ensures you leave feeling great. Our treatment room is private, hygienically cleaned and equipped with high quality products, ensuring every service is of the highest standard. Please let us know if you are pregnant or trying to become pregnant so any alterations to your treatment can be made.
VIP Points: We want to reward you. Every time you shop with us you earn reward points, Points are earned on all purchases including products and services.
Gift certificates: for your convenience our beautifully presented gift certificates are available for all treatments and products. We are happy to accommodate any special requests. Gift certificates are like cash, please keep them safe. Certificate must be presented upon redemption.
Cancellation policy: if you need to cancel your appointment, we ask for 24 hours notice so we can accommodate another client. If less than three hours notice is given a cancellation fee may apply.
Arrival time: for you to enjoy the full time and value of your treatment, we ask you to arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment time. Late arrival may limit you relaxation time as all treatments are completed at the scheduled time.
